Tile Types and Specs
GLOSS FINISH CERAMIC TILE
Provides a high gloss surface for photos and detailed art. However, because it will scratch, it's not a good choice where frequent cleaning or contact is an issue. Best for decorative purposes on walls, etc.,Use unsanded grout ONLY, or choose to use no grout at all in decorative applications, and clean with any soft cloth or sponge using a non-abrasive cleaner.

SATIN or MATTE FINISH CERAMIC TILE
Resilient and more scratch resistant, satin or matte finish provides a "less crisp" surface for photos and art than gloss but still just as vivid. Great for kitchen backsplashes and showers. We recommend using unsanded grout and cleaning with any soft cloth or sponge using a non-abrasive cleaner.

TUMBLED STONE / BOTTOCHINO MARBLE
Un-sealed, flat stone finish that gives your artwork or photo an old-world look. Because tiles are individually cut, there's some variation in color, texture, size and thickness. Chipped edges and corners add to the charm. We recommend using unsanded grout and cleaning with any soft cloth or sponge using a non-abrasive cleaner.

AQUA
Sealed flat stone finish that gives your artwork or photo an old-world look. Because tiles are individually cut, there's some variation in color, texture, size and thickness. Chipped edges and corners add to the charm. We recommend using unsanded grout and cleaning with any soft cloth or sponge using a non-abrasive cleaner.

TEMPERED GLASS
These durable, smooth finish, tiles are of tempered glass and, unlike other tiles, are printed on the back. This is ideal where heavy contact, or for use as a cutting surface, because the print is protected behind the glass. Great for inserts into countertops or tables. These tempered glass tiles cannot be cut. Use a grout specifically formulated for use with glass tile and clean with any soft cloth or sponge using a non-abrasive cleaner.

We include a numbered picture template with all mural orders. We are a tile manufacturer, and cannot offer advice, suggestions, or recommendations on any setting/adhering products or installation methods for use with our tile products. Tile setting and/or adhering is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. TileMuralsPlus Division of Kershner Studios makes no warranty, expressed or implied, for the installation or mounting of any tile products, or for any materials used in such installation or mounting. Additionally, any tiles that may become damaged due to the use of any adhesives, mastics, improper setting methods, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not returnable or refundable. We strongly recommend dealing with a tile setting professional as well as testing any and all adhesives, mastics, etc. on a very small, unobtrusive area to determine compatibility before committing to an entire mural.

Tile Products
TileMuralsPlus' Tile Products are individually hand crafted using superior specialty inks and coatings. Tiles are heat treated at over 400 degrees (F), dry fitted and quality inspected before shipping. Because each tile of a project is individually hand crafted, there may be a slight variation in coloration throughout the piece. This is to be expected and adds to the uniqueness and charm of the finished product. Also, the durability of the polymer finish varies based upon style. Please see "Tile Types and Specs" information to choose the finish that's right for your application.

In our role as printer, all copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by TileMuralsPlus/Kershner Studios in producing the items ordered is accepted by Kershner Studios as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, servicemark, copyright, right of privacy, patent contractural limitations, or similar protection. It is further assumed, that any applicable usage fees have been paid by the customer prior to submission to Kershner Studios.

We proof via email, and because computer monitors may vary, it is possible that the tile product you receive may be slightly different from what your monitor shows. We strive for "balanced, pleasing color". However, If exact matching is important to you, please order a sample first.
