Step One: Contact Us and Discuss Your Project
Contact us by our on-line form or via phone (716.472.6289). Working with you, we will determine all that is required to produce your project.
Step Two: We’ll Provide a Complete Written Quotation
Upon determination of all aspects of your project, including shipping, we will provide you with a detailed, written quotation.
Step Three: Payment and Production of Your Project
If this written quotation is acceptable, you may then place your order by providing payment in full, based upon the quoted price.
We accept checks or money orders, via mail, payable to “Kershner Studios” -or- VISA or MasterCard via telephone. Sorry, we cannot accept debit cards. Upon receipt of your payment, along with any required files and/or material needed for your project (art files, etc.), we will start the process. Please note: An invoice marked “Paid In Full”, will be enclosed in the shipment of your project.

Our tile products are designed, printed, and quality inspected completely in-house. A single individual produces your project from design, through printing, inspection and shipping… insuring “single-point” responsibility for quality and service.
